There are also several patches of fur on his body, but most of it is covered up by his clothing. The fur around his neck is fluffy and thick, making it look like it’s a part of his long, white overcoat.

Shirotaro is out to prove to everyone that he is the best there is, the best there’s ever been, and the best there ever will be. Given his reputation as a highly beloved underground tournament fighter and host, many fans are inclined to believe him. He respects worthy opponents, and constantly seeks out greater challenges, but hates the thought of losing. To him, each win is further proof that he is the greatest. The very few losses that he’s suffered still confuse him to this day, as he can’t quite get the idea of there someone stronger than him into his head.
As mentioned before, despite his self-centered mindset, Shirotaro is actually surprisingly charismatic. He’s fairly approachable for a man of his infamy, and is generally fun to pal around with if he gives you the time of day. It’s still best to watch yourself around him, though, as he is more than likely to somehow wrap you up in his world of crime and violence, whether he intends it or not.
Weapons:
Frigid Claws: Shirotaro is capable of extending thick, feline claws at the end of his fingers and toes. These claws can be extended to a little more than 2 feet in length. The claws are sharp as a razor, and surprisingly durable. However, what makes them stand is the frigid temperature that they always remain at, regardless of climate conditions. The claws are always encased in a layer of magical ice.
In addition to being incredibly sharp and capable of ripping humans to shreds easily, the claws also immediately freeze any lacerations inflicted on an opponent. If Shirotaro slashes a joint or any flexible part of the opponent's body, said part will freeze, resulting in the opponent being unable to move it. For example, if Shirotaro were to slash an opponent's elbow with his claws, the opponent would be unable to move said elbow for the rest of the fight.
When a wound is frozen, most healing magic, including magic that is holy or distortion-based, can not be used to heal the wound. It's a mystery how this occurs, since holy magic is normally capable of healing injuries caused by ice magic. This has led some to believe that there is something abnormal about the ice magic that Shirotaro uses in battle.
Tiger Fangs: Much like all feline tribesmen of the north, Shirotaro has teeth that can easily crunch bone and pierce through a man’s body.
Element: Frost
Abilities:
Frigid Claws: See the Frigid Claws section under Weapons.
Frost Armor: During battle, Shirotaro can choose to cover his body is makeshift armor made of ice. This armor can come in three varieties....
Light: Thin ice plating covers Shirotaro's most vital areas without impeding his movement, allowing him to cling to walls with his claws or make long leaps. This armor covers Shirotaro's neck, chest, spine, pelvis and joints. If the armor is broken, Shirotaro must wait 2 turns to use this variety of armor again.
Medium: Moderately thick ice plating protects Shirotaro's vital areas and a bit more. The armor is harder to break than the light variant, but slightly hampers Shirotaro's maneuverability, preventing him from clinging to walls or ceilings with his claws or make long leaps. However, he still has enough control over his own body to allow himself to dodge attacks effectively, as well as perform combat rolls. He can also uses parts of the armor to parry incoming attacks. This armor covers Shirotaro's neck, chest, spine, pelvis, joints, forearms, forelegs and cranium. If the armor is broken, Shirotaro must wait 4 turns to use this variety of armor again.
Heavy: Remarkably dense, magical ice completely covers Shirotaro's body, protecting him completely. This armor is difficult to break through, and has no obvious weak points, but can be broken down with a series of powerful strikes. The armor is too heavy to allow Shirotaro to perform most acts that require a great deal of agility, but does not decrease his general movement/running speed. This armor allows Shirotaro to parry incoming attacks any of his joints, provided the attack can be parried and he can react quickly enough. The weight of the armor also puts a bit of extra force behind most of Shirotaro's attacks. If the armor is broken, Shirotaro must wait 6 turns to use this variety of armor again.
Money: Lots of it hidden in various places.
Items:
Vehicle: Limousine
Story: Shirotaro is an famous/infamous tournament fighter who is known for both his skill and charisma. He secretly also serves as one of the higher-ups for Shemhazai, a terrorist group formed mostly of northern tribesmen who use any means necessary to bring down the Monarchy. However, unlike his so-called “comrades” amongst the Shemhazai, he fights the monarchy mostly out of self interest. Mostly. He would never directly betray his superior, though, as he respects him too much to do so.
Shirotaro’s lack of motivation when it comes to obtaining revenge for the disgraced animal tribes is mostly attributed to his animosity towards other tribes. His tribe, the white tigers, were one of the greatest victims of the Monarchy’s expansion. The white tigers, while they lived in an unusually harsh climate, still maintained good relations with many of the other tribes, due to their knowledge of cryomancy and their thriving ice trade. Ice from Jural, the region which they inhabited, was magically enchanted to never melt. They were a tribe of warriors to be sure, but they were reasonable enough about it not to war without cause. However, when they requested aid from the other tribes during a conflict with the monarchy, no such help ever came. As a result, the white tigers of Jural became nearly extinct, and their current population can be counted on two hands.
Shirotaro blames both his own tribe and the other tribes for the fall of his kinsmen. The white tigers were fools for not being more self-sufficient, and the other tribes were cruel to abandon them. Shirotaro does recognize that the other tribes had troubles of their own at the time, but that alone is not excuse enough for what he perceives to be their greatest act of betrayal.
Thankfully, Shirotaro doesn’t let his animosity towards other tribes to dictate his opinions of tribesmen. He does, however, carry on the belief that white tigers are the greatest warriors in the world, and believes himself to be the greatest of all. One would not think it, given how carefree he can be, but he has always been dedicated to proving himself as the best.
