"I got a question." Raiga slung the sheath of her weapon over her shoulder. "When do we start?" She smiled widely, liking where this was going. She knew there had to be a reason why she wasn't dead. The people upstairs must have thought there was still more she could do. And what a task it was. An adventure so grand and absurd she knew it would make her mentor jealous. She wished she could hug her pupil for impaling her.
Skies Above Racamgi
In the night sky, a tiny star blinked among its countless brothers, slowly growing brighter and brighter as it was... coming closer and closer! A shooting star, seemingly pulled out of space, was on a collision course with the Science Hall. It smashed through the roof, shaking the structure as it landed in Izuma's study. As the dust settled, a tiny little figure could be seen. A small, round, pink little ball of a thing, with red feet(?) and stubby little arms. It seemed lied there, tired and unconscious on the floor.

Racamgi Science Hall Discussion Hall
Veslir leaned on one of his arms, his index finger tapping lightly against his helmet. Everything he just heard sounded so farfetched, yet...it wasn't too hard for him to believe it. He did meet Yuri after all and learned a tad bit of his world.
"To think that there was such a grave threat and we're only now just learning of it..."
Bon sighed in surrender. "Yeah...Guess I've got no choice to believe this crap. Like the major said to me earlier, we've had weird stuff already happen in our own world. It would make sense, sort of, for there to be even weirder stuff."
Rei smiled at him. "It's about time you started believing it, sir."
"Still sounds crazy as hell."
Yarashii spoke up. "Demons from hell invading our world was crazy. We should be getting used to crazy after that." Her tone was oddly serious.
Dr. Ingel stroked her chin and slowly began walking around the room. "Well, from the doctor's explanation here, we can't really do anything until we have some sort of clue as to who or what is causing all of this. If we just go traveling through dimensions randomly that just causes more damage than if we had some kind of direction. On top of that, what if the person doing this can keep track of individual groups? We could end up walking into a trap of theirs or something."
"A trap?" Johnson asked. "You think that there's someone out there who's actually trying to wipe out all dimensions?"
"There was a man who wanted to open the Gates of Hell and succeeded, Keith. That alone should tell you there's people out there who are unbelievably and unreasonably insane."
"She does have a point." Kasshu said this as he folded his arms, leaned back in his chair, and placed his feet on the table. "I think we should assume, for now, that there's someone with bad intentions doing this. It'll help keep our guard up."
The general stood up from his seat. "Dr. Ingel. You've been detecting the energy spikes of the dimensional rifts. Do you think you can possibly increase the range of your detection to other dimensions?"
The blonde scientist stared at him for a few minutes.
"...Well?"
Rei giggled quietly. "I believe she's thinking about it, general."
The scientist snapped her fingers. "Yes! Actually, I...probably should. I'll need some time to analyze the energy's reading in detail and such but I think I can do it."
Veslir nodded in approval. "Good. Put all other projects on hold until you finish that. I want you working on it around the clock, understood?"
Dr. Ingel energetically saluted him. "Yes sir! I'll get on it right now!" She then quickly made her way out of the room, almost tripping over herself as she went.
The armored giant turned his attention back to everyone else.
"Like Dr. Ingel said, I don't believe we should try any dimension-hopping of our own until we have some idea of where to go. I'll get you all free rooms at the inn meanwhile. Obviously, you're all welcome to stay."
Bon began getting out of his seat as well. "So what are we gonna do now, Ves?"
The general was never entirely fond of that little nickname but, considering that they all just found out that practically all of reality was in danger of unraveling, he decided to ignore it.
"I must report this to Emperor Braund. I'll see you all later."
Veslir turned away and began walking out of the room.
Yarashii watched him leave and looked everyone. "So...if this meeting is done now, would anyone like me to show them around?"
--------------------------------------------------------------
Dr. Ingel's Laboratory
The laboratory was actually quite large with sections of it obviously devoted to different activities. The further half of the lab had a wall-length table with several beakers, vials, etc. filled with different liquids. A mobile whiteboard was wheeled next to four vials in particular with several different formulas written upon it and a drawing of a DNA strand with notes small notes and arrows. On the left side of the room were five tall cylindrical pods, but they were covered in metal shutters and hiding whatever was within. Each pod has a control panel on a stand in front of it, with various readings and a diagram of the creature within showing the condition of its muscles, skeleton, brain activity, etc.
The right side of the room had more electrical and robotic equipment. On a table was a circular device with two small, inactive, testa coils attached to its top. Papers were thrown all around this device, some scribbled out in, what looked like, heavy frustration. A desk sat in the front corner of the lab, near the door. It had a computer, which was off, and even more papers on it. There was also an untouched cup of hazelnut coffee, still freshly made and steaming. On the opposite side of the door were two large bookshelves, one white and one black. The white one was full of books about the human body, nature, animals, plants, and the ways of using ones own energies. The black shelf was full of books based on magic, which was fairly obvious from their intricate covers, spines, etc. as well as some of them even glowing every few minutes.
In the center of the room, on the floor, was an extremely large magical symbol surrounded by a circle of smaller symbols. They all pulsated every few seconds with yellow magical energy.
The pink puffball was now in the lap of the person sitting in a black leather chair. A tall light-skinned woman with long blond hair, small red-framed glasses, and hazel eyes. She wore an elegant white dress with three red belts wrapped around her abdomen complete with long white gloves and a crimson cape attached by clips on her dress's shoulders. Simply put: She was gorgeous.
The woman did not look the least bit surprised by the puffball's arrival and had calmly picked him up from the floor and sat back down, petting it as she hummed quietly. She looked up at the witch as she burst through one of the lab's windows. Her expression did not change and remained calm.
"Quite an entrance, little witch." Her tone was gentle, showing no ill-will towards the intruder.

Yuri, back against the wall, slowly digesting what was being explained to everyone. Basically, what The Doctor and Dr. Ingell explained to them all was that time has become distorted, but it didn't just happen by total chance. Someone was behind it all. So someone was behind that blastia that went berserk in Aurnion? Suddenly, things started to come together. Things started to make sense.
Yuri heard Yarashii's offer to take a tour of the city, to which he regained proper posture and stood firmly on his feet. "Sounds good. If we're all gonna be here for awhile, might as well get familiar with our surroundings."

Discussion Hall
Yu nodded at Yarashii's suggestion as he mulled over everything that had been spoken .
"Yes, I would like that." Quickly his gaze hovered around the room as he pondered a few things... what Raiga had said... couples with that wierd tremor that went through the building.... what WAS that after all? Yu shook his head; if he was going along with this, there were a few things he would need.
"I... think I might need a sword." It was something he had always intended to try. Using a persona always seems to infuse him with strength, one way or another.
Science Hall
Marisa blinked, staring at the puffball, then at the strange woman who hadn't been there a moment ago. A long whistle escaped the witch's mouth as she looked her over.
"Oh... uh..." Marisa hadn't expected anyone else to be in there; hell, she had expected this to go off without a hitch. And now there was someone where they shouldn't be. She had also learned better than to trust a sweet voice like that over the years...
Slowly, Marisa reached for her hakkero in her leather cloak. If this woman tried anything...

"Don't worry about me," the Doctor said. "I've got a place to stay. If I leave now, I should be able to bring it here by morning."
"What do you mean 'a place to stay?'" Kazuya asked.
"Oh, well, I've...sort of...have what you could technically call a spaceship, but it isn't really as much of a spaceship as much as a multiuniversal trav-"
"You have a ship?" Kazuya interrupted. He thought about it for a moment. A vehicle capable of planetary flight.
This is something he had to have.
"Bring it here then. It could be useful."
"I said I'd have it here by morning, didn't I?"
"Yes, you did. Live up to your word, then I'll give you credit for it," Kazuya said with a smirk on his face. The Doctor shrugged and headed back outside.
Kazuya turned his attention to the knights in the room. A tour of the city might have broken his boredom for a bit, but it wouldn't help him prepare for the trials to come. Now was the time for preparation. Not relaxation.
"Just take me somewhere I can train uninterrupted. A gym or someplace similar."

"Hey Yu," Raiga called out to the school boy. "You said you were thinking of buying a sword. I can help you with that. Wait, that's right. Hey Major Sato, what will we do about money?"
[I'm not going to post as Kirby. I'll wait until more happens between "the witch" and Izuma.]

Racamgi Science Hall Discussion Hall
Yarashii looked at Yu and opened her mouth to respond, but stopped when she heard Raiga answer him instead. Money was another thing that had to be taken care of. They couldn't really go around taking everything for free, otherwise that would do some damage to the city's fragile economy.
The catgirl shrugged. "I can cover everyone's expenses. At least for now."
Rei stood up from her seat and began leaving the room. "I'll get everyone here added to the Order's roster. That way all the expenses will be covered."
"You're going to have to talk to Colonel Saleen for that you know."
The female knight waved as she walked. "No problem. I'm sure he'll be fine with it."
"I was going to actually warn you abou-"
"I know. The tiny mini skirts. I'll punch him if he suggests it again."
Kasshu got up from his own seat at this time and walked past Kazuya. "Come on. I'll show you where the Training Facility is."
Johnson sighed quietly as he got up. "Guess I'll help you with that tour, major. Wouldn't want you to miss anything important."
Bon smiled under his helmet. "Oh wow. The Doctor's got a dimension-traveling ship. Izuma's gonna have a field day with it if she can get a look at it." He then pushed himself out of his seat and walked out. "I'll be in my workshop if anyone needs me."
Yarashii watched them all leave, except Johnson who stood at her side. She looked around at the remaining otherwordly visitors and smiled. "All right, come on! Let's get this tour started!" She began walking out of the Science Hall, followed by Johnson.
Dr. Ingel's Laboratory
The mysterious woman smiled and giggled quietly. "You don't have to worry. I'm not here to fight you. Nor to stop you from taking anything in here." She briefly looked down at the pink creature in her lap to see if it was still asleep. "I'm here just to observe. Oh, by the way, you had best hurry and take whatever it was you broke in here for. I believe that woman is on her way back."

Discussion Hall
The light shadow of a smile crossed as he followed Yarashii and Johnson out of the Science hall, and into the city. The day would prove to be eventful, that was for sure.
"All right, excellent." Yu spoke quietly, and shortly, following the small group quickly.
Dr. Ingel's Laboratory
Marisa was about to protest, but if this woman would just let her walk out of her with that doctor lady's stuff, all the more power to her.
"Well, uh... thanks I guess. I'll just take what I came for then!" With what was almost a practiced sort of haste, Marisa made for the bookshelf holding the tomes on magic, procuring a large sack from god's knew where, and taking whole rows of the magic tomes off the shelf. After stealing almost half a shelf of the magical tomes, the witch was satisfied with her haul, and hopped on her broom... right as Dr, Ingel was entering the room.
"See ya later, ze!" With a vibrant burst of star magic, Marisa was off through the window, and gone into the night sky.

Yuri strolled past the discussion table and through the doorway. "Alright, let's paint the town red! It's not like we have anything better to do right now, anyway." He was hoping there'd be something to do in the futuristic metropolis while the higher ups came up with a game plan.

"Hey hey," Raiga said as she lightly tapped the back of Yuri's head. "Let's keep the vandalism to a minimum. At least until we're about to leave." She slipped the saya of her weapon into a belt loop on her jeans so she wasn't carrying it in her hand. Her bright smile dimmed ever so slightly when she finished, however. She lightly ran her fingers along the wrapping and over the guard. Silently, she apologized to her precious weapon as they walked into the city.
Dr. Ingel's Laboratory
The little puffball stirred as the witch blasted off in a flash of stars. He looked around, confused, until he slowly looked up and up until he saw the giant woman who had him in his lap. He froze, not entirely sure if he should be scared or not.

Racamgi Outside the Science Hall
Yarashii and Johnson walked outside, with the knight looking around. "So what are you showing them first, major?"
The catgirl turned around to look at her subordinate, her eyes wandering to Yu for a moment.
"May as well go to the weapon shop first. There are some clothing stores near it so we can probably let everyone get what they need while showing them that area at the same time."
"So, the shopping district basically?"
"If you wanna call it that, sure."
Market Square
Yarashii lead the group into an opening with a marble fountain in the center. The white statue on top was in the form of three Camgi Knights standing in front of two civilians, a male and a female, as if protecting them from an invisible threat ahead. The major said nothing of the statue and pointed at various buildings around.
"Over there is Kusanagi Blades and, for anyone interested in a firearm, Caster's Spellguns is over there." She turned around and pointed to the other side of the square.
"Now over there we've got two clothing stores, but they're pretty large. Everyman Apparel is mainly for casual clothing and such..." The catgirl turned towards Yu with a smile. "That's where you'll want to go if you need clothes, Yu." She then pointed at the store next to it. "Violet's Uniforms should be obvious. It specializes in clothing that's meant to go with one another in sets."
Yarashii turned to look at the group and spread her arms out. "That's really all you guys need to know for now. Anyone who wants to check out the stores and such should just go ahead. I'll meet you all back at the fountain." The major turned to head towards the fountain but stopped mid-step.
"Oh and just tell them all to put it on the Order's tab, ok?"
[[If you think I'm going to describe every single store's interior than fuck you. You're all creative. Whoever posts in whatever store first gets to design it.]]
Science Hall Dr. Ingel's Laboratory
The beautiful woman waved farewell to the little witch as she flew back out the window. She then looked down at the puffball, noticing his frozen expression, and pet him again. Dr. Ingel walked in at that time and froze, staring at the...woman who looked eerily similar to her?
The unknown woman sighed quietly, placed the puffball on the chair as she got up and placed a finger to her lips as she looked at him, signaling him to keep quiet. She then quickly moved towards Dr. Ingel, shutting the door as she pushed her against it.
"What are you do-"
The unknown woman silenced the doctor by placing a finger on her forehead. Her gloved finger glowed briefly. She nodded and talked to herself as she learned everything Izuma was just told.
"So...that's what they think's going on."
Dr. Ingel collapsed onto the woman's shoulder. She gently picked up the lookalike and carried her to the closet on the far side of the room. She opened the door and placed the unconscious doctor inside, closing and locking it.
The golden-haired beauty turned her attention back to the puffball and walked towards him again. She crouched down so her eyes were even with his and smiled at him.
"I know you just woke up little one, but...I need your help."
Outside the Training Facility
[]
Kasshu stopped in front of a large silver building. The structure itself was quite tall, obviously having multiple floors, and there was a cobblestone path leading to the building's doors.
The caped knight folded his arms as he told the scarred man next to him about the facility's features. "This place is where the knights of the Camgi Order, as well as citizens if they wish, train and learn how to fight against whatever creatures we'll face. The best thing about it is that it's got a Fight Simulator. It can create an artificial, but real, doppelganger of whatever it is you want to fight against." He smiled as he continued, remembering how Kazuya managed to punch the large demon from before.
"I'm gonna guess you want to fight something big, right?"

Outside the Training Facility
"No," said Kazuya. "I've had enough mindless brutes for one month. I have something specific in mind....Tell me, Kasshu. What would it take for this machine to replicate a specific opponent I've fought? There's one warrior in particular that I've been aching to have a rematch with."
While waiting for Kasshu's response, his senses were abruptly disturbed by a familiar force from within. Kazuya clutched his head and grunted, bothered and irritated by why it decided to converse now of all times.
"The woman. The cheerful, upbeat one with the sword. You should have followed her. You could feel it. That energy of hers...We should have killed her and have been done with it."
"I'll deal with it when the time comes, Devil. You're not one to get impatient. Don't be foolish. Even if done in secret, killing her now would raise too many questions. Besides, I'm eager to fight something more challenging than these over-glorified gremlins."
"A threat is a threat, regardless. Deal with her as you will, but I will not remain cooperative forever. Her aura is far to similar to hers..."
The voice in his head went silent. Kazuya snapped out of his trance. It would have looked unusual to Kasshu. Something to worry about.
Kazuya stretched his neck and regained his posture. He looked to Kasshu blankly and said "Well?"

Raiga hooked a thick arm around Yu's, and pulled him next to her. "You said you were looking for a sword, right? You're pretty lean, I'm sure I can find a sword that fits you well if the store is as big as it looks." She laughed jollily as she dragged Yu away and into Kusanagi blades. Just as she had expected from the name, the store was full of oriental weapons. It seems that certain things from this world were identical to her own, even some forms of language. Looking at the racks, she was rather impressed. She had a feeling that from the gimmicky name, they would have nothing but knock offs, but just from sight she could tell that the weapons held good quality, which was fitting since it seemed to supply quite a few of the knights.
"...Hihi. We might be here for a while, kid." Looking at all the tachis and nagamakis and naginatas, she couldn't help but pull her broken nodachi from its saya. She looked at it, briefly asking herself if she should replace it. Then, she chuckled, and pecked the flat of her broken blade. "I could never replace you, Fuhen. Not after all we've been through." She then turned to Yu, that bright smile still on her face. "Alright, now hold still while I get a proper look at you. Give me your jacket. Hold your arms out to your side, and spread your feet to shoulderwidth."
Doctor Ingel's Laboratory
The puffball watched in horror as the giant lady incapacitated her twin and shoved her into a closet. It was all he could do to cautiously nod, dumbstruck by numerous factors.

Kusanagi Blades
Yu silently went along with Raiga, and did as she told him too. This reminded him strangely enough of the first time he had skipped school with Ai Ebihara... except for the fact that Raiga was far less cringe-worthy a person to be with. As he looked around, he felt his eyes gravitate towards the two handed swords, like the nodachis.
"... Why am I standing like this?"
Doctor Ingel's Laboratory
There was a crash, as Marisa re-entered the laboratory, breaking another window in the process.
"Alright, so I saw you looking like you were about to make out with your nerdier twin, and I thought I could lend s hand, ze... but, seems like i was a little too late." The witch looked around again, eyeing the books she hadn't been able to carry, then the little pink guy on the ground. Weird. Then again, she was very, very used to weird. There was something very off about this woman, now that Marisa thought about it...
"You know... you remind me of someone I know, and if that means what I think it does, then that means you might be able to tell me where the heck I am, yeah?"

"It's supposed to give you a solid stance. Or... at least that's what I was taught." said Yuri, walking into the arms shop. He could tell that swordplay wasn't common in the dimension that Yu came from, judging by his apparent confusion. But nevertheless, Yuri wouldn't mind giving Yu a few pointers himself. "It's a bit too old-fashioned for me, though. Once you get enough experience with a sword, it kind of just comes to you." He assumed that Raiga was giving him the fundamentals, since it'd be his first time using one.
